Rooms are priced per person — two friends sharing a room each pay their individual double-occupancy rate, and each registers and pays separately. Enter your roommate's name and email at registration; we confirm the pairing before sending either of you a payment link. We strongly recommend submitting the same day — shared rooms fill first-come, first-served based on when we receive both forms; we can't hold a shared room on a single registration.

04Your Booking Checklist
Your spot is fully confirmed when we have all four of these:
- Completed registration form
- Deposit payment
- Signed waiver
- Proof of travel insurance (within 7 days of payment)
Until all four items are received, your spot is not guaranteed and may be released to the next guest on our waiting list. We'll send a confirmation email once everything is in order.
05Travel Insurance
Required for all participants. Proof due within 7 days of payment. We recommend "cancel for any reason" (CFAR) coverage, plus medical evacuation, trip interruption, and lost baggage.

06Common Questions
Can I reserve a room without paying right away?
Rooms cannot be held without a completed registration form. Once you submit your registration, we'll review it and send your personal payment link within 1–2 business days. Your spot is secured when payment is received.
What if my friend and I want to share a room?
We strongly encourage both roommates to register at the same time. We confirm double-occupancy pairs together — if one person registers well before the other, we'll be in touch to discuss timing.
Can I use Affirm or pay in installments?
Yes. Your payment link supports Affirm, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Each participant pays via their own individual link, so you and your roommate can each choose what works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 150+ days before departure (before your balance is due) receive your deposit back in full, less a $150 admin & planning fee. 70–149 days out (after the balance is paid) retains 75% of the total price. No refunds within 70 days of departure. Full details in Section 07 below.
Can I bring my spouse, partner, or kids?
Antigua Immersion is designed as your time — a rare chance to step away from everyday roles and responsibilities. This retreat is a dedicated space for you and your fellow makers. To protect that experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests travel without spouses, partners, or children.
07Cancellation & Refund Policy
We're able to offer you exceptional pricing because we book and pay our partners early — securing the best rooms, guides, and experiences before they're gone. The tradeoff is that once those funds are committed on your behalf, we can't recover them either, which is why refunds are structured the way they are below.

Every booking includes a non-refundable $150 administration & planning service fee, applied against any refund at every tier above. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to retreats@magpiefibers.com.
In the unlikely event Magpie Fibers must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll make every effort to recover costs from suppliers and pass those refunds along in full, and offer the option to apply payments as credit toward a future retreat. Costs that can't be recovered are why travel insurance with CFAR coverage is required.
Rooms are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot hold rooms without a completed registration.
